Front of House Team Member / Concierge

Location: Leatherhead

Salary: £9.20 - £10.20 per hour

Job type: Part Time Annualised Hour Contracts.

We have a number of fantastic opportunities for motivated individuals to join our Front of House team at Halcyon Offices Ltd.

Halcyon Offices in Leatherhead provides space for our clients with a wide choice of offices including serviced, semi-serviced or leased offices. We're looking for individuals who have Front of House experience, who are confident multi-tasking and who thrive in an environment where they are the first point of contact.

Responsibilities of the Front of House Team Member / Concierge:

The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating the Front of House operation, confidently dealing with incoming queries and requests and delivering a high level of client service. Duties include scheduling and coordinating office moves, setting up office services, renewing contracts and ensuring the smooth running of the facilities within the building.

Requirements of the Front of House Team Member / Concierge:

• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
• Experience and knowledge of working on a busy reception where they are the first point of contact.
• Experience operating a switchboard.
• A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer/internet skills.
• Ability to multi-task multiple projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
