JOB TITLE: Senior Piping Engineer (Stress) Part Time
LOCATION: Warrington
SALARY: £40-45 Per Hour (Ltd)

THE PROJECT
The BEP EPC project (Box Encapsulation Plant Project) will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants
The work will be carried out in line with the Employer's needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the BEP project.
The project is executed from a number of locations. Liaison will be required with all the Project team members in the offices in Stockton-On-Tees, Birchwood, Westlakes and Chorley.

THE ROLE
Senior Piping Engineer (Stress) to work on a part time bases reporting to the Discipline Lead Engineer (Piping) and supporting the Piping Lead Engineer and Senior Stress Engineer, will be responsible for the preparation, checking and assist in the management of piping flexibility analysis using CAESAR II software, Sellafield specific, national and international code compliance.

ABOUT YOU
* Minimum HNC Mechanical Engineering
* Working within a Joint Venture environment
* Minimum of 10 years' experience of working within a highly regulated industry, 5 of which must have been gained within the nuclear industry.
* Proficient in the comprehension and application of International Codes, particularly Flexibility Analysis of Piped Systems to ASME B31 series.
* Excellent working knowledge of the Piping Codes & Standards commonly used throughout Europe.
* Ability to obtain BPSS is essential for continuance in the role.
* Effective computer skills; latest editions of Microsoft Office software and CAESAR II design software package.
