Manpower are currently recruiting a part-time Admin Support Officer based in the Mentor, Sales & Specialist Businesses team in RBS, Glasgow.
The working days will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 9am and 5pm, £10.31ph.
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers ensuring accuracy in admin support provided, Telephony support including outbound and inbound calls and providing administrative support for Mentor's annual customer training programme.
Some duties will include:
Providing first level telephony support for MentorLive and MentorLearn calls ensuring customers receive an efficient service and get the right advice and support and cases are escalated to a colleague for additional support when required
Ensureing general/reception inbound calls are managed efficiently and effectively to provide the best support to our customers
Delivering outbound calls to customers to arrange a broad range of consultancy meetings within suitable timescales
Accurating entry of all customer orders and introducer relationship details
Providing administration support of Mentor's annual training programme. This includes, booking venues/catering, updating materials as advised by course owners, despatch of materials to trainer/venues, processing bookings and managing cancellations and changes and monitoring fill rates
Delivering general administrative support across a host of tasks in support of internal and external customers
Accurately recording spend to support tracking against budgetsWe are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, Good computer skills including Excel /Word / Outlook etc, Someone who is able to work in a fast paced environment and also someone with excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
Due to the nature of this position we require all candidates to be able to pass a credit check and a criminal records check
