Sales Ledger Controller - Leeds - Part Time

Your role

As a sales ledger controller you will be required to process cash receipts on a daily basis, as well as to reconcile customer accounts on a continuous basis.  

You will prepare week and month end Sales Ledger reports. You will also be responsible for processing and posting of daily cash receipts and refunds.

Typically at any point in time you will be covering circa 2500 live accounts.

This is a part time role working from 9am-3:30pm on weekdays with flexibility on a start time.

Your team

Based in Leeds, you will be required to work closely with the Credit Controllers, Management Accountants and Finance Managers to ensure daily duties are efficiently carried out.

Your background

Ideally you will have experience in sales ledger and areas such as invoicing, cash posting/allocation, refunds, credit card processing and refunds. 

It is a given with the nature of the role that excellent communication is key. It is also vital that you are self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
