Our client has fantastic opportunities available for highly motivated and compassionate Full and Part Time Support Workers for a residential setting within easy reach of Gloucestershire and Stroud.
You will work as part of a small team to provide individual high quality person-centred care and support to the service users, supporting to reach their maximum potential with regards to independent living skills.
You will provide the service users with practical and emotional support/care, enabling them to have a fulfilled life and gain further independence.
Are you passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and or mental health conditions. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of inspiring care and support for the service users.
As a support worker you will be supporting residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too - the residents/service users participate in day trips and much more!

Reliable, friendly and caring to help our service users achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
Able to support in house activities and hobbies
Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challengeNo experience is required as all staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they would support.
