We are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator for an exciting opportunity based in the Walsall area. The position would suit someone available for an immediate start and is looking for part time hours, on a temporary ongoing basis working for a successfully established organisation
The Weighbridge Administrator will be excepted to complete the following duties:
• Assisting the Weighbridge operators on a daily basis supporting with any administration tasks
• Checking product notes against the deliveries to ensure the correct materials are scheduled to be sent out and updating the in house system
• Dealing with customers via the telephone to ensure they are kept up to date with all orders and to check order requirements before dispatching out to end user
• A steel background would be most beneficial – familiar with terminology relating to steelwork i.e. RHS/Box Sections and all types of fabrications
• Dealing with some customers face to face as and when needed
• Literate in English and basic maths skills – to read customer orders and completing customer paperwork/use of weighbridge and calculating weights
• Able to work within a team/liaising with team members
This is a Part time position working Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 8:30pm and would require someone flexibility to start earlier and finish later if required
Salary for this position would be £9p/h
