Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and experienced Construction Planner with proven track record in major infrastructure construction to join Barking Riverside Infrastructure Team.

Reporting to the Head of Construction – infrastructure, the Construction Planner will be responsible for producing an integrated infrastructure works master programme from first principles, assisting in the development of a new project controls function, providing detailed programme and narrative monthly reporting, scenario / what-if modelling, forecasting, and risk assessments. The scope of works cover design, commercial and construction activities from scheme inception to completion.

Applicants will have to demonstrate a record of achievement in a similar role, and hold Project Management Institute – Scheduling Professional Certification (or equivalent).  You will have excellent communication skills and a demonstrable track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
