At Mears, we are excited to be recruiting for an Administrator to join our team. Based at our client site in Kings Lynn, you will provide an efficient and professional administration & reception service to the business, in order to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Your key tasks will include -

Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, communicating site safety information, production of access control cards, carrying out contractor site inductions and carrying out secretarial duties to include typing of notes, letters presentations, ordering taxis ensuring payments and management of associate taxi receipts etc.
Post room duties such as dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
Interrogate order information and cost centres using the SAP accounting system to
Manage the in house hard copy archiving area both the recording for storage and destruction process
Ensuring all new starters have pigeon holes Id cards etc.
Order, distribute and maintain stationery stock levels.
Carry out any printing, binding and laminating of documents that is required by the business
Meeting room management including booking rooms, keeping room set ups and preparation of multi media equipment.
Processing samples requests and stock checks
Email management of incoming emails

This role is a part time position and if you are successful, you would be expected to work 12.5 hours per week

Working hours to be worked as every Monday 8am - 12.30pm and Thursday & Friday of rotating shifts of Mornings (8am-12pm) or Afternoons (1pm -5pm)

Hourly rate is £8.21 per hour

We are looking for someone to have previous experience in a similar administration / reception based role . You will have excellent customer service skills along with a good working knowledge of office IT products and software. You will have the ability to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and will be willing to go the extra mile. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate, enthusiasm, flexibility and the willingness to progress any ad-hoc tasks as required.
