What it's about

What you'll be doing
- Be responsible for the execution of planned outbound telesales campaigns to reach and exceed personal and team targets.
- Managing relationships with existing and new customers in order to grow and maintain revenue.
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities generated via our inbound marketing tool 'Hubspot'
- Maintaining customer data records and analysing data to inform market insight on customer purchasing behaviours to inform future campaign targets and delivery
What we're looking for
Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Outbound telesales experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in the Secondary Education preferred but not essential
- A strong influencer and communicator
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- A great team player
- Possess a strong drive for results
