We are looking for someone to join our client at a really exciting time, as Beneficiary and Supporter Engagement Director. You will orchestrate their Beneficiary and Supporter Engagement Programme, helping to deliver insight-led support journeys for those affected by stroke.

Position: Beneficiary and Supporter Engagement Director

Location: London

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: Competitive salary

Contract: Fixed term, up to one year, maternity cover

The Role

Crossing the traditional boundaries of income generation, beneficiary marketing and service delivery, our clients Beneficiary and Supporter Engagement Programme was newly established earlier this year.

The Beneficiary and Supporter Engagement Director directly manages Supporter Data, Experience and Insight and Individual Giving teams, whilst overseeing Beneficiary Engagement via a matrix structure. They also play an active role as part of our cross-organisation senior leaders group.

About You

You will need to be a very special person to succeed in this role, with demonstrable empathy and creativity - applying the most up to date direct response communications techniques in the service of stroke survivors and their families. You will also need to be committed to delivering a sustainable programme of individual supporter income growth and outstanding supporter care.

The programme is just emerging and so whilst only in the driving seat for 12 months, you will have a unique opportunity to shape its future, drawing upon skills and expertise from across the organisation and with external partners.
