We are currently recruiting for a caring and positive Support Worker to join our support team to help us make our service in Taunton a wonderful place for people with a learning disability to call home.

This is a brand new, modern service based in Holway/Blackbrook with purpose built apartments with an onsite communal space to encourage a social lifestyle!

Together, you will be building new friendships, activities and opportunities in the local community, and beyond.

You will be seeking out their hobbies, interests and passions and creating some fantastic memories along the way.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and innovative Support Workers to be part of our new team. We have a variety of different hours available, to include part-time, full-time and sleep ins, all of which are permanent contracted positions. There are also flexible non-contracted relief hours available.

To join us as a support worker there is no need for you to have previous experience.

As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with your initial learning, and ongoing progression opportunities, throughout your career with us.

Our award winning Learning and Development team will deliver a bespoke Induction programme, tailored specifically to Mencap.
