I'm currently recruiting for a Curriculum lead to join an exciting and expanding national Training Provider. As demand for their services grow, this is your chance to join an award-winning company passionate about developing people.
My client have a direct SME contract for apprenticeship provision, are an EPAO and a main contract holder with several large levy payer accounts nationwide.
As well as a willingness to travel, the individual must have knowledge and competence and experience to understand and deliver multiple new apprenticeship standards. The role is predominantly based from home and will require travelling.
There are several opportunities and it would be great to hear from you if you have the appropriate experience.
* Willing to travel Nationally
* Previous Assessor/Tutor apprenticeship experience
* Be at Colchester office at least roughly once a month
* Have competency in the Digital Marketer Level 3 Standard, be able to develop the Junior Content Producer Level 3 standard and oversee Events Management Level 3.
As time goes on the client will add additional level 4 and level 3 marketing qualifications to their portfolio which will be the curriculum responsibility of the Lead Marketing apprenticeship tutor.
Experience or qualifications in the following preferred:
- MTA HTML 5
- CIW – Site Development Associate
- Google Squared
- CIM (CIM level 4 award in Digital Marketing) Dot Native
- CIW – Internet Business Associate
- Google Analytics IQ
- CIM (CIM level 4 award in Digital Marketing) CIW – Data Analytics
- CIW – Social Media
- Dot Native
- Google Squared
The client works with a range of public and private sector clients across the UK to train both new and existing staff through the new apprenticeship standards.
If you are hardworking, have passion for training and experienced with apprenticeships then please apply and join a team of people who share a similar perspective.
Without limitation duties will include:
* Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their qualifications
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
* Support, advise and motivate learners
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
* Carry out reviews with learner and liaise with employers, completing supporting documentation
* Ensure apprentices can carry out necessary activities in the workplace and develop a plan of learning with employers
* Mark and support e-portfolio completion. OneFile experience preferred
* Experience of Salesforce is also preferred
* Developing material / learner resource
* Organising schemes of work/ lesson plans
* Writing curriculum
* Teaching in a classroom
* Travel
* Quality assurance
* Support for our centre manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for their current cohort apprentices in multiple business' and be tasked with growing the provision across large and small clients in London, Essex, Manchester, Newcastle and supporting others across the UK.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a team under them if desired as the provision grows.
