A customer focused individual with good IT and communication skills required to join an expanding company on a part time basis at their Head office.

Part time, permanent role based in Leatherhead, Surrey with parking onsite.

Working 21 hours per week, Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays, 9.30am-5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.

Paying £9.50 per hour, rising to £10.50 per hour upon successful completion of a 3 month probation period.

Key responsibilities:

* Book and arrange customer parties through incoming telephone calls, email enquiries and social media channels.

* Upsell extra party products upon booking and final payment to help achieve party booking targets.

* To ensure parties for all sites are fully paid in advance and provide pre-party information to customers.

* To ensure all accounts reconcile at the end of the working day.

* To liaise directly with site on any issues regarding parties and or site related enquiries.

* To pick up all phone messages and provide a monitored outgoing call back service.

* Create sales leads through outbound telephone calls

* To manage online reviews through social media platforms

* To handle complaints and ensure they all reach a resolution

* Collate feedback from customers and collate centre actions, reporting on repeat issues

* To promote the company values through all communication channels with customers

Key skills and attributes:

* Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

* Be confident speaking to customers and colleagues at all levels

* Have excellent general IT skills with confidence using all Microsoft applications

* Be able to update and maintain the company social media platforms

* Be happy to work the days and shifts required including Saturdays.
