This purpose-built clinic opened in 2017 with the promise to provide exceptional care and support. The practices, on average, have 6 consultation rooms per centre, 4 operating theatres, x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and more.      This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous receptionist experience to join a growing, thriving team in a state-of-the-art, fully equipped, spacious clinic.   The Candidate       Compass Associates are proud to be assisting in the recruitment of a reliable and enthusiastic receptionist to work in the Warrington practice. We are seeking an experienced receptionist who is confident and personable to join their growing team.   As the first point of contact for most clients, you will be a positive, friendly, service-orientated person with a “can do” attitude. Flexibility is key, along with good complaints handling and expectation management.     This exciting opportunity will enable you to be part of a collaborative team who invest in people's ideas to progress.   Your main duties will involve;   Welcoming and registering new clients Booking in clients and ensuring they always receive excellent customer service Answering the telephone and confidently dealing with any queries Helping to deal with any client complaints, managing their expectations Ensuring correct medication is given out according to Vet instruction Taking payments Promoting the pet healthcare plan to clients Administration duties     This is a part time opportunity, with an average of 24 hours per week worked over Monday  Friday between the hours of 7.30am  7.30pm. There are early, middle and late shift patterns available on rotation along with 1 in 4 weekends, finishing before 5pm.     Requirements       Ideally Veterinary or Pharmacy receptionist experience Passion for animals and great customer service Confident and Outgoing Excellent interpersonal skills Experience of working in a front of house/face to face customer service role Good IT skills      Location       This role is based in Warrington and is commutable from Widnes, St Helens, Leigh, Stretford and Northwich.   Summary       My client is seeking an experienced receptionist to join a team in a successful and ever-growing organisation.
