We're after someone to join our Member Service Comms team as a Marketing Manager. What you'll be doing
Help us bring membership to life through our service communicationsWe are seeking a highly capable leader to join our Member Service Communications team mainly working on our mortgage service communications. This pivotal, managerial role focuses on driving continuous improvement and optimising the important 'everyday communications' we send to our members.Essentially, these communications can be described as every opportunity to engage with our members. Every letter, email and text we send is to enhance our members experience and meet our regulatory commitments, fulfilling the servicing and operation of member account(s). However, they are much more than this. They carry important and often complex messages and instructions that mark key moments or decision points in a members' relationship with us and with our brand.Therefore, we have a duty of care to our members to make sure they're clear, fair, not misleading and bring membership to life in a way that truly demonstrates our Building Society, Nationwide difference.Main Purpose of the Job: Lead a team in the planning and execution of our member service communications across our mortgage service communication. Ensuring each communication brings membership to life, while adhering to the outbound customer communications governance framework. Being an advocate for our team and ensuring our members are always at the heart of what we do and say.
