Salary:£16,200 with increase at review

Our client provides staffing for one of the UK's largest supplement companies. They accept orders over the telephone, by post and through their website and online marketplaces. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Customer Service professional to join the European Commerce team.

They are dedicated to ensuring that the utmost care and attention is maintained when it comes to making sure that each and every customer receives their order in the most efficient manner. It is their aim to provide customers with the highest quality pharmaceutical grade supplements at low prices in the most convenient way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can provide support for some of our activities for our German market, including shopping channels. Full training will be provided and excellent career progression is also available.

Requirements

*You will have strong German linguistic skills (native level) with the ability to
translate and proof-read both your own and other colleague's work;
*You will have a basic understanding of online marketing;
*You will have the ability to write engaging content;
*A background in customer services.

Responsibilities

*Provide efficient and effective customer services to our German customers through
telephone and email communication, understanding their needs and requirements, working
to exceed these wherever possible, including:
oProcess orders
oPromoting Auto despatch services
oTracking shipments
oReturns, refunds and replacements
oReporting
*Shopping channels (Amazon, eBay etc.) - managing all shopping channels for the German
market on the day to day operational activities including:
oDeals and promotions
oCustomer services responses
oOptimisation
oReporting
oStock in/out
*Campaign/project and customer service administration;
*Achieve set targets and KPI's ensuring all requests are executed to deadline;
*Translating and proofreading work - English/German;
