We are recruiting for Part-Time Customer Service Advisors at South West Water on the outskirts of Exeter.

Job responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls on front line
Making outbound contact with customers
Resolving customer queries
Administrative tasks and use of several IT systems
Delivering excellent quality and customer service

£17.5k pro rata + bonus / incentives and overtime opportunities.

Working hours are rotating shifts from 8am - 6pm to include weekend working.

Previous customer service experience and excellent IT skills are essential along with the ability to handle pressure and prioritise own workload.
