British jewellery brand based in Holkham are seeking three new Customer Co-ordinators to work with them.

Your new role will involve daily liaison with your customer base, maintain the brands reputation for excellent Customer Service both internally and externally. Process and complete any tasks related to Customer Aftercare, which includes repairs, refunds, credits, exchanges. Deal with any Customer queries through email, telephone and live chat . Assist other departments with shipping special parcels and tracking any 'important' parcels . To be responsible for the logistics contact inbox and use this to work toward system improvements to reduce logistics issues . Carry out any duties relating to the smooth running of the Holkham Studios (Site admin, Conducting Tours, H&S Admin, Maintenance, Security Admin) . Answer reception calls and deal with the business enquiry inbox - Assist any other area of the Holkham Operations Team as part of a flexible resource and cross training programme


What you'll need to succeed is past experience in this type of role and be able to get to Holkham each day transport wise.
