Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a part-time role? Have you got a real flair for driving engagement and promoting a positive site culture? Do you want to use your expertise and knowledge in an environment where you can make a real difference?

If the answer to these questions is yes, read on – we’re looking for a permanent, part-time HR Manager to join us on our Shop Direct site in Wrexham. We're flexible with hours - ideally looking for 25-30 hours a week. 

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,500 per annum (pro rata). In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Provide generalist HR advice and support to both managers and colleagues
  • Work alongside the site leadership team to drive engagement and build a positive culture
  • Manage the site relationship with trade unions
  • Support the development of our current talent and work alongside the recruitment team to onboard new employees

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Experience as a HR Manager in a unionised environment, preferably with exposure to logistics
  • CIPD qualification (desirable) and a strong understanding of HR processes, procedures and law
  • A passion for driving engagement and promotion of a positive site culture
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders daily
