About working as a Care Assistant:

They provide their Care Assistants with a friendly, supportive and professional environment for you to do one important thing - put a smile on the faces of the people who make up your community. They treat their customers like family; they laugh, they share, they engage and they provide that extra bit of support, just like you would with any family member.

They are proud to support our local community and we truly embody the idea of person centred care, and that is the reason why their care visits range from 30 minutes, to full 24 hour care and Live-In - they give you time to care.

About working for them as a Care Assistant:

Their customers mean a lot to them, and the way they support them is by providing a bit of extra help to allow them to remain living in the comfort and safety of their own home. This includes companionship, food preparation, help with medication, trips out, support with personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, helping people start their day and being a friendly face to have a cup of tea with and share stories - just like you would with your own family.

If you are new to care then don't worry. They have a well-designed training and support program in place to make sure you are confident in what you do, with lots of support both over the phone and out in the community. They have an open-door policy for their Care Assistants and an incredibly well led and supportive management and training team who are always available to help you and listen to your ideas and feedback.

They would like you to join their company as they value their staff and help change people's lives every day, if you are ready then please click the apply button and send us your CV. Our friendly Recruitment team will then be in touch to say hello
