One-to-one female* Support Worker, Kidderminster
16-30 hours per week
Up to £17,420 per annum (£8.50 per hour, plus £40 per sleep-in)
I am recruiting for an experienced one-to-one Support Worker in Kidderminster, to support a lady with complex needs. Living in her own home, she requires 24-hour assistance in her everyday tasks, from a caring and thoughtful person.
You should be:
Resilient and empathetic
Able to provide personal care
Energetic and willing to go out in the community
Creative and considered in your approach
Experienced in care/support work
A driver
The role:
Support a lady with her personal care
Plan fun opportunities including outings
Provide security and safety at all times
Assist with domestic tasks
You will receive:
Paid annual leave
