Role: Temporary Administrator
Location: Hammersmith
Hourly rate: £14.52
Hours: 21 hours per week (7 hours Wednesday/Thursday/Friday)
CCA Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client for a temporary part time Administrator for their Hammersmith office. Working within their complaints team as an Administrator. The role is temporary for 13 weeks with the potential for that to go fixed term or permanent.
Do you have great excel skills?
Are you organised?
Are you able to extract information from data provided?
As an Administrator working for the complaints team you will conduct all admin duties.
Providing customer service
Scheduling and coordinating
Sending out and receiving emails
Managing documents and files
Answering the phone
Assisting in various daily operations
Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computersDo you have:
strong admin skills in excel level
are you able to produce, graphs and charts, formulas
interrogate data from complaints management system
proficient in word, PowerPoint, MS outlook
quick learner to using other ICT in house applications
