Customer Services Job I Ellesmere Port I Manufacturing I £18-£20k pro rata I Part Time

Your new company
Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within a developing manufacturing organisation. Recognised for their innovative methods, my client is seeking a customer service administrator to join their expanding team on a part time permanent basis. Whilst part time initially, this role may progress to full time for the right candidate. 5 days is required

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing outstanding administrative support to the customer services team which will include but is not limited to; order processing via SAP as and when required, coordinating haulier logistics for customer orders, communicating effectively with internal departments such as purchasing and quality management. Furthermore, you will be delivering world class customer service and whilst actively problem solving for any issues that may arise.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience on SAP is preferred, other processing systems will be considered. You will have an outstanding customer service skill set that you are happy to deliver over the phone, face to face or via email. You will be a proactive team member that is eager to assist where necessary. You must have a full clean and valid driving licence for this role as some use of the company car will be required for client meeting preparation
