To start ASAP** Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Service Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis to cover MAT leave for up to 10 months. Position: Service Support Assistant- Part time   Hours: 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday   Salary: £10 per hour    The job will involve… -          Answering customer call’s -          Logging and chasing incoming service calls -          Updating customers with -          Responding to customer emails -          Preparing and sending out quotations -          Creating customer accounts -          Dealing with any additional tasks that may be required -          Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given The Person will… -          Have strong geographical knowledge to including London -          Have an organised approach to their work -          Possess strong administration skills -          Have the ability to multi-task effectively -          Have ideally worked with engineers in the past -          Have experience of scheduling or call planning (essential) experience -          Have had some exposure to SAP (beneficial but not essential) -          Be available to start this role ASAP   Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
