We are a B2B telemarketing agency based in Solihull, in the Midlands, England. We offer focused and cost-effective telemarketing that will become a vital part of any company’s overall marketing strategy.

Along with general campaigns, Team Telemarketing provides telemarketing services to the following industries:- Manufacturing and Engineering, Technology and Financial Services. Services include appointment setting and lead generation, database building and database cleansing, surveys and market research, event planning and promotions, and follow-up calls.

Telesales Job Specification

As Telesales Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.

Telesales Duties and responsibilities:

* Working on behalf of our clients, contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments,

* Generate leads,

* Update company information,

* Complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

Progression Prospects:

The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telesales Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures

Telesales Skills and experience:

* Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director

* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

* Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice

* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

* Self motivated

* Work well within a team and as an individual

* Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
