Are you looking for a full time or Part Time locally based role?

We are currently looking for candidates who are both strong administrators and confident speaking on the phone with clients/customers. The ideal candidate will have strong excel skills and be used to working at a fast pace

Duties of the role will include but not be restricted to:

- Taking calls from clients reporting issues with their buildings
- Logging appropriately on the system
- Using excel effectively
- Contacting maintenance people and planning jobs for them
- Route planning
- Contacting emergency services where necessary
- Empathise and build relationships with clients

Please note this is a shift based role with both early and late shifts between 6am and 10pm. There will also be the need to work some nightshifts for only the full time staff on rotation.
