Our client based in Boston is looking to recruit new members of their outbound Customer Service/Telesales team.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get an office based career off the ground or for a candidate who has previous Telemarketing/Telesales or strong Customer Service experience.

Day to day you would be tasked with making outbound calls to businesses across the UK whilst not actively selling a product or service you will be seeking opportunities to establish locations that Point of Sale material can be made readily available to their clients and building relationships. You will be making calls to various businesses who have a footfall of customer including veterinary surgeries, Doctors etc.... You will update client records, and record activity accurately.

This position will suit either a candidate who has previous telemarketing/ outbound calling experience, or someone who is looking to get an office based career started. This position is offered with full time working hours. However part time working hours will be considered, working Monday to Friday around school hours.

To be considered for this role you will be enthusiastic, hard-working and keen to learn. Experience from a Customer Service/Telemarketing environment is desirable. You will be fully IT literate.
