Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Office Manager seeking a part time role to oversee the smooth running of their Global B2B marketing solutions and Events office in Clerkenwell.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Someone well rounded who can wear multiple hats in one day and delights in creating an organised workspace for our vibrant office of c.70 people. A "normal day" could involve dealing with maintenance issues, managing suppliers and budgets and implementing layout changes
Usually the first person in the office, you are crucial to office morale beginning the day by taking delivery of the office fruit and supplies and making sure that the kitchen is fully stocked, as well as being responsible for office security procedures
Tech savvy, you manage the office IT and the phone software, managing and sorting out IT emergencies and troubleshooting minor issues
Managing the meeting room diary involves juggling calendars and ensuring the rooms are set for meetings. You're often the first person that outsiders meet, and you take pride in great customer service - from answering the phone to dealing with common issues
Someone who the whole office can rely on to "get stuff done" by getting stuck into whatever needs doing across the business

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Good standard of education
Experience working as an Office Manager or administrator and strong knowledge of Office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Knowledge of solving IT issues
Have good judgement of when to escalate issues and knowledge of how to deal with commonly faced problems
Great people skills and an eye for detail
You are efficient, flexible and proactive: with a talent for identifying areas that need attention and a desire to get stuck into anything that needs sorting
Knowledge in use of phone software, spreadsheets and MS Office including Outlook
You take pride in your role and the impact that you have on the office culture, having responsibility for keeping the office looking smart, running well and ensuring the appearance and condition of the office is tip top
