What does the job entail?

* Maintaining contact and creating rapport with customers throughout the ownership of their vehicle to ensure an outstanding customer experience

* Contacting customers after handover of their vehicle and covering a number of points to ensure the customer has been made aware of certain things when they collected their vehicle

* Promoting service care plans and presenting all the benefits of these to any customer who does not currently have one

* Contacting customers who have a service plan which is due to expire and ensure as many of these are renewed as possible by confidently overcoming any objections the customer may have

* Contacting customers who are entering the final 6 months of their finance agreement and trying to appoint them to the dealership to discuss their options at this stage with a view to purchasing a new vehicle

* Contacting customers who have requested an early settlement of their finance agreement and to convert any potential opportunities to sales appointments

* Deal with any complaints expertly by listening to and empathizing with the customer and passing to the relevant department to pick up

* Maintaining excellent data quality by confirming and updating all customer details on every call

* Excellent time management with minimal downtime to effectively work through your diary of contacts

* Liaising confidently with other departments to build good internal relationships

* Maintains knowledge by keeping up to date with latest product information so you can promote our range confidently when speaking with our customers

* Treat customers fairly and with professionalism at all times

* Takes personal responsibility for achievement of targets and KPI’s
