The role:
Within this role you will plan, promote and deliver employer aware, employer experience and employer ready activities for all learners. You will be a role model setting high student aspirations, developing their work skills and preparing them for their future within the Services to Business Sector. Great interpersonal skills and the ability to seek and develop effective relationships with local businesses to ensure meaningful employer involvement is essential in order to allow your learners to fulfil their potential.
You will be responsible for delivering business admin, customer service, team leading/supervising at L3, setting targets with learners and employers and tracking learner progress to promote positive outcomes. You must be able to positively embrace change and equally understand the challenges faced within the Further Education sector.
You will need:
* Admin/ Team Leading qualification at level 3 or higher with occupational competence
* Teaching qualification
* Assessor award
* Maths and English level 2 equivalent
* IQA award desirable
