Chase Medical is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to fill a vacancy in a purpose-built GP surgery in the Blackburn area. This surgery is a quaint, family practice with a growing list size of 4,100 patients.

With their patients' needs at the heart of what they do, they're wanting an ANP that;

• Holds an Independent Prescribing qualification
• Autonomously see patients for Minor illness/ ailments
• Has some experience in the Primary Care setting

They're wanting an ANP to do Full-Time hours but they are open to negotiate for Part-Time hours depending on your requirements. They're offering a negotiable salary, depending on experience, of £48,000 (Full-Time equivalent) and the rewarding NHS employee benefits which can also be negotiated depending on your experience as well as 5 - 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
