Place2Be is a leading children's mental health charity providing in-school support and expert training to improve the emotional wellbeing of pupils, families, teachers and school staff. We provide emotional and therapeutic services in over 294 primary and secondary schools in England, Scotland and Wales, reaching a school population of approximately 142,000 children - building children's resilience early in life through counselling, creative work and play. Place2Be also provides training on mental health and wellbeing for teachers and other professionals who work with children and young people, so we can help to build "mentally healthy" schools and communities where all children can thrive and grow up with prospects, not problems.

On a day to day you will:

* Act as an integral member of the team by providing administration support across the recruitment life cycle.

* Work with the Mental Health Manager to coordinate internal diaries where necessary and communicate and liaise with schools as and when requested to do so.

* Assist the coordination of resource replenishment, ordering and distribution to MHP’s.

* Ensure the confidentiality and appropriate secure disposal of confidential information is key to your day to day job.

* Ensure GDPR is adhered to in line with Place2Be policy.

* Have an excellent knowledge of IT systems/Data bases and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

* Have to support the reporting process to the partnership, schools and Place2Be.

* Have communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and staff via telephone in a professional and enthusiastic manner You will have to plan and prioritise, using own initiative

As the ideal candidate, you will essentially have:

* Proficient administration skills and experience, preferably with a background in a Health care setting

* Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently and objectively support people at all levels

* Ability to build effective relationships, both internally and externally, showing sensitivity for others’ viewpoints and valuing diversity

* Ability to plan, prioritise, use own initiative and meet multiple deadlines.

* Experience of working with highly sensitive information and data in a confidential manner
