(Shift pattern: 7 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 9 pm, Waking Nights 9 pm – 7 am)

An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new Supported Living scheme for nine adults with learning disabilities in Downend, South Glos where every day is different and you can go home knowing you have made a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.

You will be supporting tenants to develop life skills, confidence and meaningful lives in their community. Working alongside other agencies, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, housing related matters, to find social opportunities and potentially with medication.
