Our client is the UK's largest multi-utility metering services company. They operate on a national basis on behalf of gas, electricity and water companies. They own the meters that inform the country’s leading energy providers how much energy their customers have used.

This is a temporary part time role 24 hours per week.

Role Outline 

The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that records on the company’s Service Centre platform are complete and accurate, contacting customers to verify that information and making the necessary adjustments where errors or omissions are found.

Additionally, the Office Coordinator proactively manages the office’s Non-comms function, assisting with our customers’ corrective maintenance requirements by dynamically allocating appointments for our field engineers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound telephone calls to our customers to verify information on the Service Centre platform and to seek consent to marketing information in accordance with GDPR requirements
  • Adding, amending or deleting information on the Service Centre platform as appropriate
  • Allocate and reallocate corrective maintenance visits in accordance with contractual schedules and industry standards
  • Verify Report data against loaded Service Centre entries
  • Assign visits to Engineers and in accordance with agreed Engineer location and reach
  • Proactively reallocate visits according to Engineer availability or workload
  • Act as first point of contact for Engineer queries
  • Ongoing liaison with the operations management team
  • Gathering/collating/submitting accurate MI as required by the Customer Service Team Leader or Customer Service Manager

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below competencies:

  • Outbound calling experience
  • Experience of working with information filing and retrieval systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
