Our Home and Transitional Support Team provide support to individuals with Autism, Learning Disability, Mental Health Issues, Physical Difficulties, Communication Needs and Social Development needs.

We support individuals with maintaining their homes, developing their social, educational and employment opportunities, building relationships within their communities and achieving their outcomes.

This includes supporting individuals in managing correspondence, dealing with mail, housework, developing independent living skills, managing medication and finances, supporting in the community to use a variety of facilities including local colleges, leisure facilities and to attend community groups.

Due to expansion of our work with young adults we are looking for 3 people to join our well established staff team. Ideally you will have experience of working with individuals with a variety of needs, be good at working on your own and as part of a team, have good communication skills and a good sense of humour.

Shifts vary in length from 5hrs to 8hrs and currently we provide support between 6.30am and 10pm. A driving licence and access to a car is required for this position.

Whether you have worked in social care before or not our award winning training and support will make sure you are ready for your new role.

We have Full time, Part time and Sessional hours to help suit everyone.
