Job description

We are searching for a Business Improvement and Assurance Administration Co-ordinator to support our team and engage with all areas of the business relevant to the Agency’s internal and external assurance activities.
 

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Lead Auditors in the internal audit process, which will include Associate Auditor duties when required. 
• Provide assistance to External Monitoring & Assurance (EMA) in the delivery of the External Assurance programme. 
• Assist EMA with administrative functions surrounding the selection of vessels that may be suitable for Vertical Contract Audits (VCA) including travel arrangements for surveyors where required. 
• Act as focal point for Nonconformity Notes and Observations until completion. 
• Obtain updates for EMA on actions arising from Recognised Organisations British Committee (ROBC), Recognised Organisations British Certification Committee (ROBCC), Certifying Authorities British Committee (CABC) ,and Certifying Authorities British Certification Committee (CABCC). 
• Provide support to Branch Budget system using ABW. 
• Act as Secretariat for a range of meetings 
• Provide administrative support to Business Improvement & Assurance such as travel requirements. 
• Support Health & Safety Lead in monitoring accident investigations received. 
• Ad hoc duties as required by the Directorate.
