Practice Nurse - Esher

Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join them on a permanent basis!

The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team of other Healthcare professionals, where learning and development is encouraged. Previous experience within a Primary Care setting is essential, and you will be proficient in the following:

• Chronic disease management
• Women's health
• Baby Immunisations
• Travel vaccines
• & more

Salary is between £21-25 per hour, dependent upon your skillset level and experience. There's also a generous holiday package and NHS Pension scheme included with the role. Part-time hours are preferable, but this is flexible for the right candidate.
