Part Time Weekend Shifts as a Call Centre Agent:

Saturday and Sunday 12:00 - 18:00 The Call Centre Agent role:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be taking inbound and making outbound calls as you pre-screen and book people in for registration events across the country. These will be for a range of established organisations, ranging from huge online retailers to food warehouses. In addition to the recruitment role, there is a general customer service aspect to the role, handling calls from employers, employees and candidates. Due to this we are ideally looking for people with excellent call centre, sales, or customer service experience, or experience in the field of recruitment.

The ideal Call Centre Agent:

Will feel confident on the phone
Will be flexible
Will be friendly, to both candidates and their colleagues
Will have experience in either sales, customer service, call centres or recruitment
Will have an excellent telephone manner and be confident communicating, both internally and externally
