This contemporary, rapidly expanding business are looking for a responsible, friendly and professional person to join a highly motivated and caring team as Casual Catering Assistant (Coffee shop and pool assistant).   The client is PASSIONATE about hospitality. They are a brand that delivers a consistently high standard of service and want an experienced person who is able to supervise junior members of staff and is able to provide a high level of customer service.   The role is varied and involves working with children and families in the coffee shop as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool and changing room area and the successful candidate will be adaptable and prepared to learn and implement health and safety procedures relating to the safe running of the pool.   A food hygiene certificate level 2 is required and candidates must have knowledge and understanding of preparing and presenting safe food and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and have the understanding and ability to discuss with customers any special dietary requirements and allergens.   Candidates must be able to communicate well with all customers and particularly children and parents, have a friendly and professional persona and work well under pressure within a small team.   Job description:   Duties will include: Responsible for ensuring that customers encounter a friendly, welcoming environment, with excellent customer service, food, beverage and hygiene standards Be hands on serving customers and keeping the facilities clean and tidy Be pro-active in seeking and acting on feedback. Ensuring highest quality coffee, drinks, food and service in a friendly and welcoming environment, ensuring effective communication with customers regarding health and safety and company policies Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety business policies.
