Multi-skilled Operative  Position: Facilities Services Handyperson Property team  Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire  Job type: Part Time, Permanent  Hours: 6 hours a day (18 hours per week), Monday to Wednesday between 7:30 am to 1:30pm.  Salary: circa £8,918  Closing date: 22nd September 2019  Interview date: w / c 7th October 2019  About the role:  We are currently looking for a professional and reliable individual who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and previous maintenance experience. If you believe you are the right person for this role and believe in exceeding customer expectations, we would love to hear from you.  The Facilities Services Handyperson will support the NFU with general building matters, maintenance and repairs and health and safety matters. You will also provide daily supervision to the cleaning and security teams and organise contractors on site.  About you:  Are you a conscientious individual who enjoys working as part of a team? An opportunity has arisen for a logical individual to join our Property team, within the Compliance Department, as a Facilities Services Handyperson. With a keen eye for detail, you will work to provide a consistent and reliable service to queries within the NFU and contractors.  As a patient individual, you will be able to follow logical processes and exercise a strong ability to problem solve. You will need to be co-operative with those who require your services and do so in a timely manner.  It is therefore essential you have experience of working in a facilities focused role and a good knowledge of the mechanical systems which run and operate a property. You must also be able to demonstrate basic Health and Safety knowledge and have applied this in a similar role.
