You will also provide daily supervision to the cleaning and security teams and organise contractors on site.  About you:  Are you a conscientious individual who enjoys working as part of a team? An opportunity has arisen for a logical individual to join our Property team, within the Compliance Department, as a Facilities Services Handyperson. With a keen eye for detail, you will work to provide a consistent and reliable service to queries within the NFU and contractors.  As a patient individual, you will be able to follow logical processes and exercise a strong ability to problem solve. You will need to be co-operative with those who require your services and do so in a timely manner.  It is therefore essential you have experience of working in a facilities focused role and a good knowledge of the mechanical systems which run and operate a property. You must also be able to demonstrate basic Health and Safety knowledge and have applied this in a similar role.
