Leanne Scrogham, our Cumbria Area Manager is looking for support workers to work with a young man in Whitehaven. Supporting him in his own home, you would be expected to assist with activities of daily living and supporting him to lead his best life. He is keen to develop a weekly routine to meet his interests in the community, and will need an enthusiastic team to help with this.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate energy and enthusiasm to support an individual with learning disabilities live independently in the community, and have understanding and compassion to the needs of the individual and their family members.

We are looking for committed, caring people who are able to work block shifts, supporting an individual with a learning disability and some associated physical health needs. Full and part time roles are available, with the care being 24/7 including a sleeping night shift.
