Senior Staff Nurse - Learning Disabilities / Autism rehab

Location: Mansfield Nottingham

Salary: £30,198 - £38,657 per annum ( £15.47 - £19.82 per hour )

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours). The hospital can also consider fixed shifts.

Shifts: Options of Days only (Apply online only)) or Nights only ( (Apply online only) ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Contract: Permanent

Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced RMN, or RNLD to work within a Specialist Autism and Learning Disabilities rehab service in Mansfield.

The well established unit believes in the development of staff and will accommodate their requirements as much as possible.

The Hospital has clear pathways and a is a full rehabilitative step down service, there is a real focus on rehabilitation and development/training. There is free parking on site and the site is ideally located close to motorways and local public transport.

They have a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high. The are very big on staff development and training.

Service Details: The Hospital Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training. The Hospital itself has Medium, low secure, open and community accommodation to allow a full recovery for patients and independent living environments with links to the local community

Shifts : The Hospital can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is 0700 am- 19.30pm (days) and 1900pm - 7.30am (nights). Please state if you have any preferences on your hours and/or shift pattern in your application
