Temp to perm opportunity to join a highly successful business in Coventry as a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a Temp to Perm PART TIME basis (20 hours per week).

My client is a growing and highly successful organisation who are now seeking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part time basis. The business have a excellent working environment and can offer a high degree of flexibility to the candidate who takes on this position.

Description

The Purchase Ledger Clerk role will include:

Processing of supplier invoices matching, batching and coding invoices
Management of PO process and liaising with managers to provide and approve PO's
Resolution of supplier queries
Completion of supplier statement reconciliations
Setting up payment schedules and obtaining Manager approval for payment
Cashflow forecastsProfile

You will be seeking a part time role and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with a requirement to work each Wednesday. You will have full Purchase Ledger exposure and be confident in statement reconciliations. Solid communication and IT skills are essential. Experience using Sage 50 would be advantageous but not essential.
