The business has recently expanded its offerings into Will Writing so this is a great opportunity to join a new division!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?
You will report to the Managing Director but ultimately work as part of the strong wider team, with the aim of providing a personable service to all clients. You will be a qualified and experienced Will Writer or Estate Planner and your duties will include:
- Confidently dealing with will drafting and associated work
- Providing an outstanding service to clients
- Using the case management systems
- Updating customers on their transactions
- Working seamlessly with the property team in dealing with clients instructing on property deals as well as their wills
WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
To be considered for the Will Writer role you must meet the following criteria:
- A relevant qualification in will writing - You will either be a qualified Solicitor or carry a legal qualification in Will Writing, Probate and Esate Planning
- Experience in will writing
- An ambitious mindset and desire for continuous learning
- A friendly and caring persona, in line with the values the business is known for
- You must also like dogs as the business has an office dog who is part of the team!
It will also be advantageous if you:
- Carry experience in trust laws and wills incorporating trusts
THE SALARY
This role is offering an hourly rate of £15, however, this is open to negotiation and can be discussed at interview stage.
The company can also offer partnership for the right candidate via an employee share scheme so staff who contribute to the growth of the firm are rewarded.
THE CONTRACT
Ideally, the role is part-time initially, where you will work 15 - 20 hours a week. The office is open from Monday - Saturday and hours can be worked around this. However, the business offers flexible working options too. The role is anticipated to grow to full time as the offerings develop.
You will receive 29 days` paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and there is parking onsite.
