Becoming an Administrator with Capita Stiling Park

Capita Stirling Park are looking recruit a full time Administator to assist with the ever increasing demands of a fast paced office environment, Stirling Park LLP - one of Scotland's leading firms of Sheriff Officer Services

Location: Glasgow

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm


What you will do:

  • Liaising with staff and clients by telephone, as appropriate
  • Prioritise workload to ensure work is completed timeously
  • General administration duties - dealing with telephone enquiries, mailing duties, banking, filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Preparation of legal documents using our bespoke computer system
  • Preparation of reports and invoicing in relation to service of legal documents and tracing
  • Facilitate the use of database searches in relation to tracing

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be confident, politely assertive, possess outstanding organisational and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and good general administrative skills. The salary on offer is dependent on experience and previous experience in the industry would be of benefit although not essential, as full training will be given.
