The home is ideally situated close to public transport links, local shops and amenities. This bright and friendly service offers a warm and homely environment for the residents and their families. Staff morale at the home is very high and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join their friendly team of staff.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in their lovely nursing home based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. This homely service provides nursing care to elderly residents, as well as respite care and convalescent care. This versatile service also offers specialised care for residents with Huntington's disease, Parkinson's Disease, hearing and visual impairments. The home boasts an excellent reputation for the person-centred care that they provide and a good CQC rating. The manager is very flexible and can accommodate both full and part time hours and both nights and day shifts are available. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced and passionate nurse to assist with the smooth running of the service and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided at all times.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in.
