Very well established Hertfordshire based Law firm are looking for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor / Counsel to assist them on an on-going temp basis. (this role may even go permanent)

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in Company Commercial Law and who will be able to get stuck in without much supervision, you will be the only Company Commercial Solicitor at the firm, however you will have the assistance from Commercial Conveyancers when it comes to dealing with Sales & Purchases.

You will be:

Dealing with non-disclosure agreements
Company Sales & Purchases
Articles of associations
Stocks & Shares
Terms of Business
And all other commercial related issues for mainly small business clientsThe hours are negotiable but normal office hours are 9am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday

They may consider part-time hours

Hourly rate is negotiable but between £30-£45 per hour, depending on your level of experience
