A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen in a Housing Association in Kentish Town! They are looking for a PART TIME Housing Officer on a temporary contract initially until they find someone for a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for
Delivering a generic housing service
Managing rent accounts for all the properties on patch
Minimising low to high level arrears
All aspects of tenancy management including carrying out administrative tasks such as sign ups, successions and mutual exchange
You will also deal with ASB from low level noise nuisance through to representation in court
Ideally you will have
Proven experience working as a Housing Officer
Proven track record of reducing arrears on patch
Solving or mitigating ASB cases through to resolution in court
Worked with various client groups from general needs through to vulnerable adults
Clear knowledge and understanding of housing law and legislation
The pay rate is £15-£16ph ltd and it is preferable that you have an up to date enhanced DBS and a current drivers licence with your own transport.
My Client is hoping to conduct interviews next week with a start date shortly after.
