A brand new opportunity has arisen for a support worker in Blackpool!
BS Social Care is one of the UK`s leading recruitment specialist, specialising in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector.
The role of the support worker is to support service users with learning disabilities, they can present challenging behaviour but they tend to be settled. There can be elements of personal care, but your main duties are to support day to day and support with their medication. This role is on a temporary basis with anything from part time to full time hours available.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is a strong character, reliable and able to deal with challenging behaviour.
You will need a minimum of 1 years paid experience within the past 2 years within the social care sector. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
