New Homes Sales Executive - (Part Time 3days) Kettering  Up to £25,000 pro rata + Excellent Commission My client is a largely succesfull privately owned developer and due to continued growth are seeking an experienced Part Time New Home Sales Advisor in the Kettering area. For this role you will be a motivated and confident sales person with strong negotiation and relationship building skills. You will have a flexible approach and be happy to travel as new sites open. This role will involve working weekends as this is the busiest time for sales! This is a part time role only working 3days. Key Responsibilities: ×         Achieve sales targets and prices ×         Work closely with the Site Manager ×         Greet, build rapport and qualify visitors ×         Competent MS Word and Excel skills, and confident using new computer systems ×         Follow up potential leads with customers ×         Negotiating of prices ×         Keep up to date with the progress of sales and liaise with Estate Agents, Lenders, Solicitors and Brokers ×         Keep in contact with customers regarding progress of the build and the sale ×         Valid UK driving license with own transport essential The ideal candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 1 year’s new homes experience.
